Payment for trials is to be made on the day of the trial in full. A 20% deposit of the total remaining balance is required 3 months prior to the wedding date to ensure your booking.
It is the client's responsibly to make us aware of any known allergies or skin sensitivities that they or their bridal party may have, and if so we highly recommend a consultation.
Cancellation of the booking by The Blusherettes will result in a refund of 100% of costs already paid by the client. Cancellation of the booking by the client – any payments that may have been made will not be refunded. Should you need to cancel any appointment please contact us as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that we are unable to make your wedding appointment due to a personal emergency, an act of God, and severe illness we will endeavour to find you an alternative makeup artist. They will receive a brief and any products required that they might not have.
Adjustments to the bridal party numbers are permitted but after final confirmation, any drop-outs less than 4 weeks prior to the wedding date will incur a surcharge of 30% of the cost of what was quoted for them. If trial bookings are cancelled or rescheduled giving less than 24 hrs notice, the client will incur a surcharge of £30. In extreme circumstances, this may be wavered but it is at the discretion of The Blusherettes.
We are not liable for any suppliers that we may recommend but we do carry public liability cover.
FUEL & PARKING CHARGES
A charge of 40p per mile is added for consultations and bookings outside SY11. Car parking fees on the wedding day may be added but this will be agreed in advance.
